Where is Sleepstation available on the NHS?

Sleepstation is available on the NHS in England. It is not currently available on the NHS in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. We can provide funding to help NHS patients living outside of England access our service privately.

How does Sleepstation work?

Our sleep improvement programme is based on extensive research and years of clinical practice. We understand that sleep problems can be complex and that everyone’s experience is different.

Research shows, that when people are supported, they are much more likely to reach their sleep goals. So, our sleep team provide personalised support and guidance for the duration of the course to help you get the most benefit. The Sleepstation programme is delivered entirely online so you won’t need to travel to see us. You can complete the programme in your own time, from the comfort of your own home.

Through Sleepstation, you’ll have access to the best treatment available for insomnia - CBTi.  is supported by over 30 years of sleep science. It is safe, effective and proven to resolve long-term sleep problems. Unlike sleeping pills, CBTi helps you overcome the underlying causes of your sleep problems rather than just alleviating the symptoms.

How can I access Sleepstation via the NHS?

Sleepstation is available by GP referral and by self-referral. The options available to you depend on where you live in England, either way you simply need to complete the form and we can take care of the rest.

If you live in a self-referral area, you could start Sleepstation straightaway, without involving your GP. If you live in a GP referral area we can contact your GP on your behalf to request your referral.
