Our sleep coaches will do their best to get back to you as quickly as they can, and usually within one working day. If you’re in need of immediate help or medical attention, please contact your doctor or emergency services, as we do not provide medical advice or urgent support.

The joining fee gives you unlimited access to the Sleepstation programme for two weeks, including:

  • A personalised sleep review to help you understand your sleep patterns (usually £95)
  • Support and guidance from trained sleep coaches
  • A tailored plan based on your goals and circumstances
  • Use of our digital tools and sleep tracking
  • Full access to our library of self-help resources

It’s a one-off fee to get you started with your personalised sleep support. After that, it’s just £30 per month, and you can cancel anytime.

Sleepstation is not just an app. We provide structured sleep support programmes, and the type of programme you receive depends on your needs and where you are accessing Sleepstation from. Our approach combines proven behavioural techniques with expert guidance from real people. Your plan is tailored to you, not one-size-fits-all.

On average, around 10 minutes a day. Our sleep support programmes are designed to fit into daily life, with short daily tasks that build lasting habits and confidence in your ability to sleep.

Most people begin to notice improvements within three to four weeks, although this varies from person to person. Some people make faster progress, while others take a little longer – eight to twelve weeks is still within a normal range.

Everyone’s experience is different, and it’s important to work through the programme at a pace that feels right for you. Our sleep coaches are available throughout to offer guidance, answer questions and help you stay on track.

If you feel you need more time or additional support at the end of your core programme, we can provide guidance on next steps or you can choose to continue with extended support.

Sleepstation helps many people improve their sleep, but no approach works for everyone. If you do not notice the progress you were hoping for, it may be that other factors are affecting your sleep or that a different type of support would be more suitable. We can help signpost you to appropriate options if needed.

If you are experiencing insomnia, Sleepstation may be able to help.

In the UK, including through NHS-commissioned services, Sleepstation CBTi is provided as a regulated medical device that delivers sleep support for insomnia and insomnia symptoms. We start with a detailed assessment week so we can understand your sleep difficulties and any factors that might affect your care. Your plan is then tailored to your needs and supported by our team throughout.

Most people who complete the UK programme see a marked improvement in sleep over three to four sessions, usually within four weeks, although results vary from person to person.

For people accessing our wellness programmes outside the UK, we provide self-guided tools and resources designed to support better sleep habits, but these are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
