Are you sleeping well?

Late nights and shift work can really disrupt sleep. Often, people working in the hospitality sector find it difficult to access support that can take into account their work patterns. So we’ve partnered with The Drinks Trust to change that.

Now, anyone working in the drinks industry can use Sleepstation for free. We can help you get the best sleep possible. Register today to access our free and confidential sleep improvement programme.

This course was the best thing that’s happened for me in a very long time. I finally feel like I have the knowledge and skills to improve my sleep and manage any relapses. I felt well looked after by the Sleepstation team and found the sleep diaries very helpful. 10/10. I would recommend this service to anyone suffering from insomnia.

Better sleep, better you

Our online sleep improvement programme is based on extensive research and years of clinical practice. We understand that sleep problems can be complex and that everyone’s experience is different. The Sleepstation programme builds on basic sleep improvement principles with personalised modules tailored to the individual, their problems and their lifestyle.

We take the time to understand each person’s sleep problem in detail so that we can provide personalised reports and plans to address individual needs and circumstances. It is this support and tailored approach that makes Sleepstation so effective. Our service is delivered entirely online, meaning that you can access our support from the comfort of your own home.

We can help most people

The techniques that we use in our sleep programme can improve sleep for the vast majority of people. However, if you have one of the health conditions listed below then some of the techniques that we use might not be helpful for you.

CBTi is not recommended for people with:

  • seizures, epilepsy, psychosis, history of a psychotic episode, bipolar disorder, mania, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia or a personality disorder because it can make symptoms worse.
  • severe untreated anxiety, untreated PTSD or a circadian rhythm disorder, as evidence shows that it’s better to treat these things first.

Make sleep a priority

When we don’t get enough good quality sleep it can affect all aspects of our lives. Poor sleep has been shown to have negative effects on mood, memory, attention, decision-making, immunity and motivation.

Sleep is often the first thing we sacrifice when life gets busy. However, when we prioritise sleep we become better equipped to deal with life’s challenges. Sleepstation can help you understand how to improve your sleep, giving you significant boosts in mood, concentration and performance.

Sleepstation has been excellent at helping me identify my bad sleeping habits, correcting them and providing me with the tools to combat them. The app is easy to use and I enjoyed the structure it gave me when thinking about and reviewing my sleep. Sleepstation has improved my sleep efficiency giving me a more regular and balanced sleep.
