We combine psychology and sleep science with dedicated support to help people get great sleep. We’ll start by helping you to pinpoint the causes of your sleep problem and will provide you with the advice and support needed to overcome it. We’ll review and monitor your progress as you work your way through your personalised sleep improvement plan and your dedicated support team will support and guide you every step of the way. We’ll help you tailor the science to work for you.

Sleepstation is built around the most effective treatment for insomnia available — Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBTi). CBTi is supported by over 30 years of sleep science and is proven to help people overcome insomnia and sleep better.

Many sleep solutions focus only on symptoms, which is why they often provide short-term relief but not lasting change. Sleepstation takes a different approach. Our methods are based on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi) — the recommended first-line treatment for persistent insomnia — and are designed to address the underlying causes of sleep problems.

We know one size doesn’t fit all. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll listen and adapt, helping you find changes that fit your life and make a lasting difference.

Sleepstation combines expert guidance with proven techniques like CBTi. You’ll be supported by real people — not just an app — and your plan is tailored to you, not one-size-fits-all.

On average, around 10 minutes a day. The programme is designed to fit into daily life, with short tasks that build lasting habits and confidence in your ability to sleep.

Most people start to see results after three to four sessions (around 4 weeks). However, some people can make slower progress—and it can take eight to twelve weeks before they feel significantly better.

Everyone is different and it’s important that you take the time that you need to get the full benefit of the support available through the Sleepstation programme. Our support team will be there for you every step of the way – and always just a message away. They’ll work with you to help you get the results you’re aiming for.

If your sleep isn’t back to normal by the end of the 7-week course, we’ll provide advice and guidance to help you continue to make improvements – giving you confidence to move forward alone. Or, if you feel that you still need our support, you can sign up for enhanced support.

Sleepstation has excellent success rates, but it’s not 100% effective, so there are some people who may not see improvements in their sleep after completing the Sleepstation programme. In those cases, they may need to explore whether the problem is insomnia and whether they’ve been able to follow the guidance. It may be that they need a different type of support, and we can help them to access follow-on care.

If you have insomnia we should be able to help you. We’ll spend a full week getting to know you and finding out about your sleep problem. We’ll tailor a plan to help you overcome your sleep problems for good, addressing your specific needs and circumstances. Most people who follow the Sleepstation programme are back to sleeping naturally again after just three to four sessions (around four weeks).
