Find out what’s causing your sleep problem and restore your sleep
Our service combines the gold standard treatment for insomnia, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), with personalised support from our team of sleep coaches and clinicians. Together with Nutrable, we’re making it easier for people to overcome sleep difficulties and improve their overall wellbeing.

Understand what’s keeping you awake
We begin by reviewing everything you’ve told us about your sleep, your health and your lifestyle. From this, we create a plan that focuses on your specific challenges and the areas where change is likely to make the biggest difference.

Follow your personalised plan
Once we understand what’s holding you back, we’ll guide you through a clear, step-by-step plan based on proven methods. The plan is practical, focused and tailored to your situation, giving you simple daily actions that help rebuild confidence in your ability to sleep.

It’s been three months since I finished Sleepstation and I have been sleeping really well and mostly getting 7–8 hours a night. If I wake up, I soon drift back to sleep. It’s amazing to finally get some decent sleep. I’m much happier and don’t worry about sleep anymore. Thank you all.

FAQs
Sleepstation CBTi uses proven cognitive and behavioural methods, along with personalised guidance, to help you understand your sleep and make meaningful changes over time. You’ll start by sharing information about your sleep patterns and routines so we can build a personalised plan for you. As you move through the programme, you’ll receive ongoing guidance and encouragement to help you apply the techniques and stay on track.
Sleepstation CBTi is based on the methods used in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). CBT-I has been studied for decades and is recommended by organisations such as NICE as the first-line approach for persistent insomnia. It focuses on changing the habits, thoughts and routines that keep sleep difficulties going and helping you build healthier, more sustainable sleep patterns.
Many sleep solutions focus only on symptoms, which is why they can offer short-term relief rather than lasting change. Sleepstation takes a different approach. Our programmes use evidence-based behavioural methods drawn from cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi), which is widely recommended for persistent sleep difficulties. These methods focus on changing the habits, behaviours and thought patterns that keep sleep problems going.
We know one size does not fit everyone. If something is not working for you, your coaches will pay attention to your progress and help guide adjustments so you can find changes that fit your life and support long-term improvement.
On average, around 10 minutes a day. Our sleep support programmes are designed to fit into daily life, with short daily tasks that build lasting habits and confidence in your ability to sleep.
Most people begin to notice improvements within three to four weeks, although this varies from person to person. Some people make faster progress, while others take a little longer – eight to twelve weeks is still within a normal range.
Everyone’s experience is different, and it’s important to work through the programme at a pace that feels right for you. Our sleep coaches are available throughout to offer guidance, answer questions and help you stay on track.
If you feel you need more time or additional support at the end of your core programme, we can provide guidance on next steps or you can choose to continue with extended support.
Sleepstation helps many people improve their sleep, but no approach works for everyone. If you do not notice the progress you were hoping for, it may be that other factors are affecting your sleep or that a different type of support would be more suitable. We can help signpost you to appropriate options if needed.
If you are experiencing insomnia, Sleepstation may be able to help.
In the UK, including through NHS-commissioned services, Sleepstation CBTi is provided as a regulated medical device that delivers sleep support for insomnia and insomnia symptoms. We start with a detailed assessment week so we can understand your sleep difficulties and any factors that might affect your care. Your plan is then tailored to your needs and supported by our team throughout.
Most people who complete the UK programme see a marked improvement in sleep over three to four sessions, usually within four weeks, although results vary from person to person.
For people accessing our wellness programmes outside the UK, we provide self-guided tools and resources designed to support better sleep habits, but these are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
